I lead a multi-disciplinary research team to provide an implementation roadmap of Off-Site Construction methods to the US Department of State.

The work included analysis of the existing project portfolio, a detailed exploration of current industry practices and leaders, and a crawl-walk-run strategy.

The research distilled key factors for success, focusing on DoS’s mission of Security, Resiliency, and Stewarship.
